Basic Quantitative Cost Analysis

This product is for basic cost estimates that do not exceed two worksheets, 50 rows and 15 columns of data inputs. If you are unsure whether your cost estimate meets these criteria please contact us. This package does not include a detailed analysis of the Basis of Estimate (BOE). Accordingly it does not look into assumptions, inclusions and exclusions, unless specified with the size limits stated above.
The package includes:
- Thorough check and illumination of probabilistic elements for direct and indirect costs
- A probabilistic model for expected accuracy ranges (typical variation to be provided by you) for direct and indirect costs
- Quantitative modelling, including two alternative scenarios to determine the best and the worst possible outcomes
- Calculation of safe contingency based on the Maximum Loss
- Sensitivity analysis indicating the major cost drivers
- Full report detailing the probabilistic cost outputs and likelihood of meeting the deterministic cost
This package comes with a full model and calculation sheet in a format of your choice. The model will be prepared by one of our cost engineering or quantitative science experts.
