Most dashboards show you data. ViViAD shows you meaning.
ViViAD dashboards turn programme and commercial data into live, decision-ready insight, helping teams identify risk early, align discussions, and reduce the likelihood of disputes later. They provide a live view of project performance, focused on what matters most at any given point in time.
Better Decisions. Earlier.
Our dashboards are designed to support real project conversations, not just reporting cycles.
They are used to:
- understand what is genuinely driving completion and cost
- spot emerging risk before dates or budgets move
- support clearer, more confident discussions in project meetings
- align delivery, commercial, and senior stakeholders around the same facts
- reduce the risk of claims by creating transparency and an audit trail early
Why ViViAD is different.
We aren’t a generic "dashboard factory." Our tools are custom built by project controls specialists and expert delay analysts with significant real-life dispute experience, not just data technicians working from templates.
That means they are:
- structured around cause-and-effect, not just status
- aligned with NEC thinking, supporting early warning and change management
- focused on meaning and consequence, not volume of data
- underpinned by a clear audit trail, remaining robust if matters are later challenged
- We offer a tiered approach - from a quick Insight Snapshot to a full Executive View.
Tier 1 - Insight Snapshot.
Here is a sanitised example of a single, focused dashboard built from existing project data, designed to deliver immediate clarity with minimal setup.
Tier 2 - For projects requiring greater depth
Here is a sanitised example of our Tier 2 Project Controls Dashboard - a multi-discipline view integrating time, cost, change, and performance across delivery teams with the ability to dive to the level of a single product on the production line.
Tier 3 - Executive View
Here is a sanitised example of our Tier 3 Executive Portfolio View - A stripped-back, decision-led health check for senior stakeholders, highlighting status, movement, key risks, and required actions across a portfolio or business, without operational noise.
A tailored service. Not an off-the-shelf product.
Every dashboard starts with a conversation.
We take time to understand:
- what different stakeholders need to see
- which decisions the dashboard must support
- where existing reporting creates confusion, delay, or disagreement
Those requirements are shaped into a single, workable solution that balances detail with clarity and works across delivery teams, commercial teams, and senior management.
How it works
Choose the level of insight.
We provide tiered solutions that scale with your project’s complexity and stakeholder needs.
1. Insight Snapshot.
One focused dashboard, built from existing data. Fast insight with minimal setup. Ideal as a starting point or alongside existing reporting. You decide what questions it answers, on a single page.
2. Project Controls Dashboard.
A fully customisable, complex multi-discipline dashboard providing answers for teams requiring a "single source of truth". A live, integrated view of time, cost, risk, change, and performance for delivery teams. Supporting day-to-day management and early intervention.
3. Executive View.
A stripped-back, decision-led health check for senior stakeholders, highlighting status, movement, key risks, and required actions across a portfolio or business, without operational noise.
Common buyer questions
What’s the difference between Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3?
Tier 1 is an Insight Snapshot - a quick-start view that aligns the team around the key signals. Tier 2 is a Project Controls Dashboard - deeper drill-down across time, cost, risk and change, designed to be used in your reporting and meeting cadence. Tier 3 is an Executive View - a senior-level narrative across multiple workstreams or projects, focused on decisions, governance and forward risk.
How quickly can we get something useful live?
Fast. Tier 1 can often be stood up within a week once we’ve agreed the decision questions and received the core inputs. Tier 2 typically follows in short iterations - we build a first usable version quickly, validate it with your team, then refine based on a feedback loop.
What does implementation look like and will this disrupt the team?
No heavy lift. We start with a short discovery to define the decision questions, then build a first version quickly using what you already produce. Iterations are short, and we avoid interrupting delivery teams with long requirements exercises.
Will this work if our programme isn’t “perfect"?
If the programme is messy, we treat that as part of the job, not a blocker. Early on we’ll review your reporting rhythm and how the programme is being updated, then do a light programme quality review to identify what’s driving noise (coding gaps, inconsistent progress rules, weak WBS/activity code structure, unclear calendars, etc.). Where needed, we’ll recommend and implement practical fixes and we’ll leave you with clear update rules / guidance so the quality is maintainable month to month.
How do you stop this becoming another report no one uses?
We design around your meeting cadence and decision owners. The dashboard is validated in real sessions, refined based on how it’s actually used, and built to answer specific recurring questions - not to look impressive. We don't work from templates. The solution is custom built for your team.
Will our data / client information be safe?
Yes. ViViAD dashboards are built using Power BI within secure Microsoft environments.
They can be shared within client tenants or embedded in secure portals where appropriate.
Is this a one-off build or ongoing support?
We scope a fixed build (depth depends on your chosen tier), then offer a small ongoing support cadence so the dashboard stays aligned to the programme, reporting rhythm, and inevitable change (baseline moves, new workstreams, revised forecasts) and de-bugging is done on a regular basis.
How is this priced - fixed fee or day rate?
We usually scope by tier and complexity: a fixed fee for the build (clear outputs, clear milestones), with optional support as a simple monthly package or ad-hoc days. If you’re under time pressure, we can start with Tier 1 quickly and expand to Tier 2 once value is proven.
Who owns the dashboard and the underlying files?
You do. If you want us to remain the custodian, we can, but ownership stays with you.
What outcomes should we expect?
Success is when the dashboard becomes the shared reference point in your weekly/monthly rhythm. Less debate about whose numbers are right, faster decisions, earlier warnings, and clearer alignment between planning, commercial, delivery and senior decision makers. The goal isn’t more reporting, it’s fewer surprises.
